#306. 4th of july- a day of cooking.

I had an atypical 4th of july and spent it mostly cooking. It was relaxing.

Chicken with Red Wine Sauce

(It may look brown and boring, but its good)

Then I got inspired to make my own spaghetti sauce using Red-Wine. So I took tomato paste, used the recipe off of the cooking wine bottle and improvised. 

Then made 4th of July cupcakes
