#260. the ultimate cheeseburger

I watched an episode of Guy's Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives yesterday and I was inspired to make this cheeseburger, found at the Squeeze Inn.

First you start with the burger..

Then you add the cheese...and melt it by putting a pot cover over the burger/cheese/bun.

Voila!
